I am having an issue when displaying dates in Joomla 1.6. The months text are being replaced with % symbols. I've attached a screenshot for reference. The back-end has the same issue.

Hi

I answered the same question in another forum post . Here it is again :

Regarding the date format, that issue cause by the change in Joomla 1.6 . You can fix this issue by changing a config option from back-end of Event Booking . Go to Event Booking -> Configuration, change two config options :

Date Format

And

Event Date Format

In these two config options, just remove the % characters . For example, %m-%d-%Y to m-d-Y

%m-%d-%Y %I:%M %p to m-d-Y I:M p

Many thanks. As I thought it was a 1.6 specific issue and the response was in another forum category I assumed it wasn't answered yet.
