...Is there a way to had AM PM to the hours so customer know if it's in the morning or the after-noon...?!

Yes . It is possible (and It is setting like that by default) . You can simply go to Event Booking -> Configurtion, looks at Event Date Format config option, change it to %m-%d-%Y %I:%M %p and It will works as expected !
For list of eccepted parametters for the format, have a look at php.net/manual/en/function.strftime.php
