Additional Biling Field

hi
is anyone know how I can additional field in Biling field? For example if I want to put Hotel name and address in Biling field during process registration for event.

Create a custom field.

I already select yes in Event Custom Field
I already create a new field (Textarea Fuction) in custom field
I already select All Events in order to use all the custom field in all events

but its still not show in registration form

I think the JoomDonation team getting slow to respond to our problem now days. I have directly email to Tuan asked for refund then only he respond immediately to my first issue.

Its look like I need to do a same things about this issue.

I come back to office from office yesterday morning. Right now, I am doing some more testing before releasing a version of Event Booking which works with Joomla 1.6 (It will be available in the download package soon) .

Regarding the question with custom fields, you are doing correctly settings. However, the custom fields are not showed because you are using Multiple Booking feature (there is some difficulty on showing custom fields in this case : If you assign custom field A to event A, custom field B to event B and you choose Event A and event B for your registration, the system doens't know which custom field it should show during the checkout) .

I have already found a solution for this problem and will work on it after the version for Joomla 1.6 release . Right now, the solution is that you turn off multiple booking (using Individual + Group registration option) . After that, the custom fields will work well !

I bought this module specifically to be able to add custom fields to my events due to the type of events they are! I need a resolution to this is YESTERDAY, if you can't support the features that are suppose to come built in to this extension then I want my money back!

Right now, Custom Fields are not supported in multiple Booking feature as I explained in serveral forum post . If you want to use custom fields feature, you will need to turn-off multiple booking (using Individial and Group Registration option) .

So for now, please turn off multiple booking feature . After that, you will be able to add custom fields for your events .
