A customer cancelled an event within the valid time frame. However, no automatic refund was triggered via Stripe. Is something set up incorrectly here?
We actually does not process refund automatically on cancellation. When a registration is cancelled like that, admin can access to the registration record and do the refund manually
I will consider adding a config option for automatic refund in the future
