Is there a way to set email notifications to different organizers, so when a new registration is made, the organizer receives an email only for that event, not for all existing events.
Edit the event, there is a setting called Notification Emails. Enter the emails you want there and the notification will be sent to the emails entered there instead of the emails in Configuration
In short, each event can have it own Notification Emails if needed
