Attempt to assign property "main_category_id" on null was created by Marielle Pasuquin
Hi Tuan,
I updated my Joomla website to 5.4, as well as the Event Booking component. However, when clicking the hyperlinked title in the events table view, this error shows: Attempt to assign property "main_category_id" on nullAlso, I have custom fields for events (added via xml file), and whenever I try to edit an event using the Edit button, the values for the custom fields disappear. But they are retained in the table as long as I do not overwrite by saving. Please help. Thank you!

For this, we will have to check it directly on your site. Please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of the site and tell us what we need to do to see the error
We are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
Regards,
Tuan

Ohh I'm sorry I cannot do that since this is an intranet site. It cannot be accessed if you are not in our network.. Is there no workaround?

I cannot replicate the issue here on my local computer. Maybe the issue happens because the event has same Alias with one of the event created in the past for some reasons. Could you please go to Events Booking -> Configuration, look at SEF Router Settings tab, set Insert Event ID config option to Yes, then check it again to see if it works
