Store User Event's Image In User Own Folder was created by Lionel
Hello,
I've tried to activate "Store User Event's Image In User Own Folder" in --> Events Booking, Configuration, General, Image settings
I'm not sure to understand how it works because as an 'author' I still can access to every admin pictures when I want to add a picture in an event, and I can navigate in the folder tree.
What I want is when an author create an event, he can download his own picture and can't see pictures of other users.
Is it possible ? Do I have to do some other configuration ?
I think about having a structure with "Registred" can register to an event, and "author" can create events.
Tank you,
Lionel

Hi Lionel
That's only used to control where images are stored when users create events from frontend and and upload images for their event
I guess you are using Media Manager to upload/select image for events and this setting does not have any affect
Regards,
Tuan

Thank you Tuan,
Indeed I'm using Media Manager from Joomla.
What do I need to use instead of Media Manager to have this setting an effect ?
Thank you for your help.

Hi Lionel
From what I see, Joomla media manager does not have this folder restriction
