Frontend Form Session Timeout

Hello,

I have a public frontend submission form and when users do not finish their submission in less than the session time set in Joomla they get an error that they do not have authorization. The user is not required to be logged in to submit the form.

For example, my Joomla session time is set to 30 minutes. I start filling out the form and do not submit it for 40 minutes.  When I submit , I get a white screen with error that I'm not authorized and need to refresh (attachment 1). Then if I refresh, I'm brought to a login form that does not exist (attachment 2) on the site at URL: 
/component/users/login?return=aHR0cHM6Ly9jYXBhY2FkaWUuY2EvZnIvdm90cmUtY29tbXVuYXV0ZS9jYWxlbmRyaWVyLWRlcy1hY3Rpdml0ZXMvc291bWV0dHJlLXZvdHJlLWFjdGl2aXRlP3ZpZXc9ZXZlbnRzJmxheW91dD1mb3Jt&Itemid=107

What is the expected behaviour if a form 'times out'? Is it possible to have another message / error appear that does not relate to authorization or login?

Could you send us link to submission form for a quick check? Normally, there is keep alive script in the form, so it should never be timed out

Hi

I just updated code of the extension to add necessary script to avoid session timeout for the form. Could you please access to My Downloads menu item, download latest package, update it to your site, then try again to see if the issue is sorted ?
