PDF Ticket Number and Prefix was created by Martijn Hartong
Hi,

The PDF Ticket is downloaded as ticket_00013.pdf while [TICKET_NUMBER] prints RW00000. 

My settings are Ticket Start Number 1 and Ticket Prefix RW. Shouldn't the PDF be named RW00013?
