Event tax was created by Thomas Eilers
Hi Tuan,
we have been informed by our tax office that we have to change our rule.
In general we have one price for a ticket. This includes the event itself and part of the price is for drinks, food etc.
Let's say the ticket is about 100€.
80€ out of the 100€ is to attend to the event. This is free of tax = 0% tax
20€ out of the 100€ is for drinks and food. This has to be calculated with 19%
On the PDF invoice I need to see exactly this calculation in a written format:
tax % price netto tax € total
0% 80,00 € 0,00 € 80,00 €
19% 20,00 € 3,80 € 23,80 €
1) Is this possible to calculate this in EB? The total of 103,80 € must be shown, too.
2) If yes, is it possible to show on the invoice?
Thanks, Thomas

Hi Thomas
This is a special case and not supported in Events Booking yet. I wonder how to know what will be applied 19% tax rate and what's free tax in this case? The rule is quite strange to me

Hi Tuan,
I understand. It is very easy. In our case the conferene costs are with 0% tax, everything on top with 19% tax.
Now, we have to show it on the invoice.
The confetence cost are in our case different, it is depending on the package you choose.
The cost with 19% is always available and always fix. Always the same.
Is there a possibility to add a fix price (in my example 20€) to the total cost? I just need a field with a value incl. tax to be added to the total cost.
Regards Thomas

Hi Thomas
Still do not really understand your setup. Maybe link to registration form would help me understand better (where I can see what's conference costs, what's the extra....)
If you just need a fixed field which add fixed cost to the fee, maybe you can try to handle that using custom fee fields docs.joomdonation.com/eventsbooking/basi...wn-custom-field-type

Hi Tuan,
I am still working on the registration form ....
I already took a look to custom fee fields.
Can I display both seperately? Split between the "normal" conference cost and the custom fee field cost on the invoice?
If so, can you please give me the correct fields I have to use on the invoice? The correct "tags" in [ ]
Thanks Thomas

Hi Thomas
- It is not clear to me what's used to setup conference cost , so I could not tell you the tag to display that fee
- For the fee from custom field, it can be displayed use the syntax [NAME_OF_FIELD_IN_UPPERCASE_FEE_VALUE]. For example, if the custom field is ticket_type, then the fee is [TICKET_TYPE_FEE_VALUE]
