Webhook failures

Hi all, I am using the stripe checkout with event booking but keep getting webhook failures. 

I am using the format:  website.com/index.php?option=com_eventbo...od=os_stripecheckout for the end point as recommended in the documentation but keep getting failures from stripe. 

My website normally removes the/index.PHP? Option in page URLs is this the issue? So I need to amend it in the webhook end point?

Could you send me exactly URL ? I will check and tell you the reason (website.com is not the right URL , so it's hard for me to guess the reason of the error)

Yes, of course, the exact URL I am using on this site (CarolCumber.com) is as follows, quoted from notifications@stripe.com:

The URL of the failing webhook endpoint is: carolcumber.com/index.php?option=com_eve...od=os_stripecheckout

On your site, you force redirect to www URL. So the webhook URL needs to be updated to www.carolcumber.com/index.php?option=com...od=os_stripecheckout (www needs to be added to the URL)

Please do that and check it again. The issue will be gone
