No way to show Pending registrants?

When we look at the dashboard for Events Booking it shows a number of registrations that are Pending in the Revenue Chart. But if we select Filter Options in the Registrants view, the only choice under the Status selector is Paid. Why is there no Pending option there? How do we find these pending registrations?
 
 

Pending registrations are only for registration records use offline payment method. For your case, I guess you do not use offline payment, so there are actually no pending registration records in the system

What you want to show is incomplete payment records which use online payment methods. For that, go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set Show Incomplete Payment Records config option to Yes and you will see these records

Keep in mind that these records are not counted as valid registrations in the system. It is just the record which ignores payment processing

To be clear we do not have offline payments enabled, but there are pending records in the system as shown by the yellow line in my first screenshot.

I enabled Show Incomplete Payment Records as you suggested, but there is still no option for "Pending" under "Filter Options > Status", there is only "Paid". So how do we view the pending records being shown by the yellow line?

By the way, temporarily enabling the offline payments plugin had no effect on any of this.

That's strange. If there is no pending registration as you said, there should be no Pending in revenue charset. Can you submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site so that I can check to see where these pending comes from ?

Actually it causes by a small bug in the code. Please access to My Downloads menu item, download latest package, update it to your site and the error will be gone
