Certificate sending date error

Hello,

My client has informed me that for a new course (ID 234), the completion certificate was sent before the course even started.
Looking at the dates, I see that the course is scheduled to end on June 14, 2026. However, the message sent by the system indicates that the certificate was sent on June 4, 2026. I've been checking the settings to see if certificates can be sent early, in case my client sent them by mistake, but I don't see any option. What could have happened? Perhaps there was a change in the course start date?

If it is not a date change, the only reason I can think about this issue is admin send certificate manually to registrant
