Restrict registrant from changing processed Registration was created by Gregory OConnor
Event booking 5.6.1 Joomla 5.4.6 My registrants purchase reservations for camping trips. We want them to be able to see their reservations. I set up a menu item Registration History and it works well except I do not want the registered member to be able to change that record at all. I went to Components>Event booking> Configuration>Options Gear> Registered User >I Denied every option except for "View Registrants List" however the registrant is still able to change their reservation (which I need to restrict) Thanks in advance

Hi Gregory
We actually do not support that option. However, you can try to use this workaround: Edit the event, there is a setting called Registrant Edit Close Date
Set it to a past date would help

Tuan

OK cool. your product is fantastic. Such a unbelievable value. I can now see that it will charge a registrant for the fee fields along with their changes . Will adding a option with cost remove them from ACTIVE paid in full and label them as PENDING with a balance due. ? I guess I can just try. I have another question about field mapping and assigning registration to start as I have several components that could take the duty to hold and enter profile information. I probably should open another thread. Thanks.

Hi
- Registrant should not be allowed to change fee fields for his registration. In your case, maybe you are able to do that because you are using a super user account? Try to use a standard Registered user account and you should not be able to change
- If admin changes fee of a registration record, it won't be changed to Pending automatically
- For field mapping, the extension allow mapping fields with some extensions out of the box, see docs.joomdonation.com/eventsbooking/basi...hronize-profile-data . If the extension you are using is not supported, you will need to develop a plugin for that
