Hide start/end date of event was created by p.barg
Hello there,
I'm pretty sure, that I've solved this for a different installation, but right now I can't find where/what to change...
I would like to generally hide start/end date of event in the registration e-mails. Can you guide me to a way to achieve this?
Best regards,
Petra

Hi Petra
Please go to Events Booking -> Configuration, find and set Show Event Date config option to No. Then check to see if it works for your need

Hi Tuan,
thanks for getting back to me.
The option is acutally set to no.
I have 2 different installations. Both are using the constant [REGISTRATION_DETAIL] in mails. One installation shows start date and end date of the event, the other doesn't. And I just can't see the difference in the 2 installations...
Any idea?
Thanks, Petra

Could be because there is override for the layout? You can submit a support ticket and we will check it directly on your site

Hi Tuan,
I also thought that it might be an override (a have a few of them). I therefore tested in both installations with the default template (Cassiopeia), but that didn't change the contents of the messages.
I then decided to use different texts (mails and message) for different categories, but that also didn't work. For single events I was able to set up all messages successfully, but for categories that just didn't work. I always gut the standard messages/mails.
Thanks for any hints,
Petra
