Ticket count problem

Hi Tuan,I have a custom field “List” with the number of tickets.
For all events, the maximum number is 50 tickets. With each registration, only one ticket is deducted instead of the quantity specified in the custom field “List”.What is wrong with my setup?

Hi Bjoern

The value which user selected for the custom field does not affect number of registrants (at the end, it is just a random custom field, so how would the system knows and use it value for quantity, note that you can add many other custom fields to registration form if needed)

So in your case, maybe you should use Ticket Types plugin to allow choosing quantity of each ticket type instead. See docs.joomdonation.com/eventsbooking/plugins/ticket-types . Ticket Types will work for your need
