Problem amending a Group Booking to increase or reduce numbers was created by Rusty
We have found an issue with the Booking Process when increasing or decreasing the amount of registrants (Without cancelling the entire booking). If the Group Booking has been paid previously and we add an additional registrant in the backend, we need the new amount to be paid by that registrant, but it's not doing that.
Is this possible please? And if so, how?
Thank you

Hi Rusty
It is not possible to allow registrant to pay for the new booking amount. You will need to contact them and ask them say for the new amount manually somehow
Regards,
Tuan

We used Payment Pro to take payment, how can we then assign these to the event?

Hi Rusty
Your last question is not clear to me. Could you please explain more details about it? Look like you are using Payment Form to receive payment and want something happens when payment received?

Sorry, I typed it quickly.
We are currently using Payment Form, we have written a SQL query, which shows a list of the Events (from Events Booking) in a dropdown list on Payment Form.
Is there any way to update Events Booking event with the details submitted to Payment Form?
We already know the event (as this is selected from the dropdown list in Payment Form) and the member filling in the form, along with their guest name. Can we add this to their bookings in Events Booking?
Or would we need to write a plugin to do it?

I guess when the payment is completed, you want to create registration record for user for the event which he selected in the dropdown? If so, no, Payment Form does not support that, so you will need to develop a plugin to have that behavior
