Subscribe to Acymailing newsletter only works for logged in users

Hi,

I have setup a link to newsletter subscription, It works when a user is registered in Joomla.
Unfortunately it does not work when a user is not logged in.

As we have a policy not to require our customers to register, we are missing a lot of opportunities to subscribe them to our newsletter.
Is there a way to make it working for not logged in users?

Users are not required to have an account to subscribe to newsletter. Base on your other forum topic, I can only guess that they are not being subscribed because data like first_name, last_name, email are not collected? Once it is configured properly to collect First Name, Last Name and Email, it should work as expected

First_name, last_name, email are collected.
This is not a free event like in the other topic. The issues are not related.
Perhaps I should open a support ticket?
