Event registration to waiting list

Hello,I would like to inquire about a specific setup in Events Booking v4.4.3. Is it possible to direct all new registrants to a waiting list by default for one specific event only?For our other events, we want to keep the standard behavior where registrants are automatically approved as long as there is space. However, for this particular case, I need to reach a minimum number of participants first, and only then manually approve them and send offline payment instructions. Does version 4.4.3 support this per-event configuration?

To activate waiting list, you will need to make your event becomes fully booking. For that, maybe you can try this setup:

- Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, look at Backend Submit Event Form tab, set Show Private Booking Count config option to Yes
- Then edit the event, set Private Booking Count to be same with Event Capacity

When you do that, the event will be full. And waiting list should be triggered

BTW, you should use latest version of the extension instead of using that old version

yea that would be great, but I'm glad I convinced my boss to buy it in the past. We only use EB for a 4 or 5 events during the summer holidays, so I'll have a hard time convincing him to buy a license every year so I can update (especially when "it worked last year and events are same as last year")

OK tomino. Please tell him that he needs to have an active subscription to use latest version and also receive support from us .
