Image Sizes

Hi all,

I have just begun to use Events Booking for a couple of websites and find the image size options confusing! Could you please explain what options I have available to tailor the presentation of images within Event Booking?

Normally, you just need to configure Event Thumb Width and Event Thumb Height to meet your need. Exactly what problem you are having here ? Please let me know the actual issue so that I can look at it and guide you

OK Changes to the Event thumb width and/or height seem to make no difference to the presentation of the front-end image? I have obviously missed something!

After changing, please try to edit the event, save it to have thumbnail for events re-generated with the new size, then check it again to see if it works

If it still does not work, submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site and link to the page which is having the issue so that we can check it

Thank you for that - I did not realise that I would need to edit/save the event for a change in the configuration to take effect!

ALL good now and I begin to understand how this works
