Coupon Code calculation

Hey there, I am using coupons for some of our events, however on the checkout page, all amounts are displayed including taxes (which is 10% in our case), however, only the coupon amount is appearently displayed without tax - please see attached image. I have an 50% coupon for this event, so for an 10 Euro ticket (tax included) you only have to pay 5 Euro (tax included). I want the coupon amount displayed with included tax as well (which is 5 Euro instead of 4,55 in this case).. is there a problem to fix this? - Thanks!

Sorry, the coupon is used to give discount to customers, so we do not have tax applied.

Sorry, I think you misunderstood. As you see in the screenshot, the coupon amount which is shown on the checkout page is wrong. For example, Ticket price is 10 EURO - coupon amount is 5 EURO --> on the checkout page the coupon amount is displayed as 4,55 EURO. Why is that?

It's hard for me to understand the issue by just looking at the screenshot. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super user account of the site
- Link to the page
- Tell me the coupon code I can use and see that issue

I will check to see what's the reason and get it corrected

I try to explain it again:
Let´s say someone wants to purchase one event ticket für 10 EURO, He also has a coupon code which is 50%. That means, when he enters the code, he only has to pay 5 EURO for the ticket  (10 EURO ticket minus 50% coupon = 5 EURO remaining to pay). The (only) problem is, that the coupon amount shows 4,55 EUR instead of 5,00 EURO. There is very irritating. Take a look into the new screenshot and see the amount in the green circle. It says 4,55 which is wrong, because 50% of 10 EURO = 5,00.

Please go to joomdonation.com/support-tickets.html and submit a support ticket to provide the requested information as I said. We need to check your setup, and from what I see, the change you made to registration form layout to see why the discount is calculated like that

By default, the discount should be 5 euro as you said, so maybe there is something special here
