Can't adjust category thumbnail size

Hi
Thank you for this extension, it's looking great but I got stuck on this thing which seems it should be simple but it's not working for me.
I want to make the category thumbnail image larger.
I have changed the category and event thumbnail size in the configuration settings but it has had no effect, the thumbnail size remains at 200px wide in both the category layout and the category slider.
I have also tried editing a category, deleting the image and adding it again, still no effect.
I also ran your resize thumbnail tool and that didn't affect the categories. 
Please could you suggest what I might be missing here?

That's strange. Maybe the image is cached somehow, could you please try to create a new category to see if thumbnail for that new category is resized with new configured size?

If the issue still happens, please submit a support ticket sending me super user account of your site and link to the page which categories thumbnail is being displayed so that I can check

Thanks for getting back. This does appear to have been a caching issue as thumbnails are correct size today, sorry.
I have to say I am very impressed with this extension, I can see how much work has gone into it and it's very much appreciated.
