COMING SOON OPTION

We have a client using Events Booking and has requested to us a 'Coming Soon' option for specific events they create. They would like to be able to replace the visible 'Start Date' to say something like 'Coming Soon'. This wil allow them to use Events Booking as a teaser announcement and once the specific event as been assigned a actual start date, they can remove the 'Coming Soon' text to the assigned start date. Is this an option worth creating and/or is there a way we can create an override to incorporate this feature? Thanking you in advance for your reply and/or instructions.

My vision for this feature/option could look something like what I've attached. A text option box just under the Start Date. When you type sometning into this box, that text will show as the Start Date rather that an actual date. This would allow us to type in something like 'Coming Soon' as a teaser event.
