I have had a little problem with the waiting list process, so I will like to know how can I do it so that it doesn't happen again:
- I had a event that has been cancelled due to weather conditions.
- I start to cancel the users subscrition.
- The system starts to send the email to the users in the waiting list.
- The subscrition end date has past, so the users in waiting list can not subscribe to the cancelled event.
So my question is, what is the correct process to avoid te system sent the email to users in waiting list?
- Should I unpublish the event first, and then cancell the users subscription?
- Should I turn the option "Enable waiting list" to "No" in the event?
