insert a user menu button

Hi

We have two accounts that have admin rights,  one has a User Menu button, the other does not have it, hence they cannot log off, they have to wait until the session expires

How do you insert a a user menu button on the Menu Dashboard for the account where it is missing.

Actually, this has nothing to do with our extension. For the administrator account which you are having issue, what user group the account belongs to? From my quick look, if he belongs to a user group which has Special access level, he should see the menu
