I've played around with the waiting list feature because we sometimes could increase the amount of tickets from time to time.
Q1: is there a possibility to add a limit to the waiting list?
Q2: is there a solution fromthe backend and the frontend (login by event manager) to manually set the status from Waiting list to pending? The only solution I've found is from the backend, edit the registrant to pending in the properties, but then no email is sent automatically. A multi select option like publish/delete/cancel would be helpful.
Q3: I've tried the "Move registrants" plugin, which works as expected if someone cancel it's registration. An Email to the waiting list user is now send as conformation but the payment method descrived in email is wrong, better to say it's not the one which is seleced in the event itself.
Q4: at the moment we just use offline payment methods (bank transfer or pay on site). If I've disabled the move registrants plugin and someone cancel their registration on a fully booked event, the event is free for everybody to register. I've expected that if more people are on the waiting list than free places are available, a new registration is not possible (just for waiting list).
