Capacity/Registrants/Private Booking Count was created by Chris Jarvis
Hello
I have just noticed that Event Booking has a Private Booking Count value when you click into each Event.
I see this is for when we receive over the phone or manual registrations - i like it - (we used to just knock the capacity down by one each time).
On the main events listings page though this doesn't show
So if we have an event with 20 places and registrants = 6 - I would think we had 14 places available.
Does this include any Private Booking counts we have added?
Would it be possible to have Private Booking count also show on the Events Listing page in the back end for admins?
And could we also show the registrant numbers per event when you click each Event so the Admins know exactly what is what and how the numbers add up?
I might be mis-reading the numbers and how they are calculated.
But if my event has 20 places and I click into the event - I see an Event Capacity of 20 and a private booking Count of 2 - I might think there is 18 spaces left on that page.
When I close this though the listings will show that same event as having a Capacity of 20 and a registrant count of 6 - but I also might have 2 private bookings which means I have 12 capacity left and not 14.
I am a bit confused but hope my explanation isn't confusing too.
I liked the views before that I could see capacity and registrants and my places available was capacity - registrants on each page view.
Now though I'm not sure what is the correct amount of registrants booked in and how many places I have left.
Sorry if I am not seeing this correctly or overthinking things.

Hi Chris
If you are talking about events management screen (assume backend), then Number Registrants column already has Private Booking count included
Regards,
Tuan
