Hi guys
just a quick one 
I’d like to reset the sales for the year to align with our tax year is this possible if so how can I accomplish this 
or do I need to reset all time figures

Exactly what do you mean with reset sales? If you want to reset statistic data, I'm afraid of you will have to delete existing subscription records, but that also mean loosing data, so you should not do that

the application tracks the sales figures as a running total
I'd like to have the ability to stop tracking or to reset at the end of the year and set the count to zero at end of year

Not sure where did you see this statistic data. However, from dashboard for example, you can filter for statistic data from certain duration (like This Year, Last Year, This Month, Last Month....). That would help

Then you can choose This Year filter and only revenue from that year will be displayed

I didn't really want to track sales or have it visible to other none management users updating the events

We do not have that option at the moment. I will think more about it to see if we can come up with an option
