Max Number Of Registrants For Group Registration

Hi Tuan

When a maximum number of group registrants is set, it does set a maximum number on the cart, which is useful.

However, it doesn't prevent another subsequent purchase being made by the same user;  that means users can buy more than the maximum number!   

Is it possible to prevent that?

Hi Amanda

We do not have that option, unfortunately. We only have a config option called Prevent Duplicate Registration, if set to Yes will prevent the user from registering for the same event again
