Automatic Refunds for Cancelled Events

I know there is a way to manually refund users funds if an event is cancelled, but is there anyway to setup automatic refunds if an event is cancelled? Our Events Booking is linked with PayPal

Ideally, if an event is cancelled in the backend, then this will flag any registrants who are due a refund, and then process the refund payment.
