Once before I found out how to stop people from the waiting list being automatically registered if a vacancy came up, so that I could change their status manually, but now I can't find the setting and need to do it again.
When a registration is cancelled, everyone on the waiting list gets an email and is told they have been registered. I can change the wording of the email of course, but I would like to stop the automatic registration
