Hello,
if someone buy with stripe payment we haven't tickets in pdf, and no emails to admimistrator and customer.
With paypal payment is ok.

what does it depend on?

Are you using Stripe Checkout? If so, I guess the issue happens because you haven't configured Stripe Webhook yet, see docs.joomdonation.com/eventsbooking/basi...eckout#configuration

Another details: and the Registrants is not in the list of the Registrants...
The payment on stripe is ok, I see the money on the stripe dashboard

OK. Remember to get Signing Secret from webhook and enter it into Signing Secret parameter of the payment plugin. It is required step which many customers forget
