Change Event Time selection from 24hr

Hi,
When I or a user adds an event they have only the option of a 24hr clock and many are confused and end up selecting 5 thinking it's 5pm. - I know it's obvious but many people that don't use 24hr clock much don't see it that way.

Is there a way of changing the time selection on the new event page so it gives AM and PM option and not the 24hr clock?

Sorry Columba. We do not have option to allow choosing event time when setup events in 24 hours format
