Manual Ticket override for Scan App / Ticksystem ?

Hello,
is there  a manual override function in the Scan App?For example, if a customer arrives earlier than scheduled or if a slot/day is still available, it should be possible to manually allow this customer to use that slot or day via the app. The ticket should then also be marked as used.Thanks

No, this is not supported. The scanner can only scan ticket of existing customers to allow them to check it. It cannot add the user to the available slot of the event
