Performance Issues was created by Thomas Eilers
Hello Tuan,Have you heard anything about performance issues?Until recently, we had about 90 events in the system and the "loading" of the pages in the backend took a very long time. Even when I clicked "Save" or "Cancel," it took a long time for anything to happen, as if the page was frozen.I have now deleted some older events and I have all events from 2025 and 2026 remaining in the system, now. While there are still 62 events, the performance has improved by deleting the older ones, but it's still not good. However, it only affects EB, all other components I use are running at normal speed. Any idea?
Regards and thanks for help,
Thomas

Hi Thomas
90 events is a very small number of events, so there should be no performance issue. Maybe it causes by something else here. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site so that I can check it ?
