Zoom integration is not working

Hi Tuan, it's probably something I have missed, but I did set up the Zoom Integration per your documentation. ( docs.joomdonation.com/eventsbooking/plugins/zoom-integration )

Here's the confirmation page. I named my "app" after yours.

And here's the email with the placeholder tags. I put this into my Third Reminder, within the individual Event, in the Parent event (this one has one child event). 

And here's the result (blurred information for privacy). 

I did try copying this content into a Mass Mail, selecting the specific event. The Zoom Info didn't show up. Here is where I put the Zoom meeting ID:

Any ideas where I've messed up?

Hi Toolie

Look like registrant could not be added to zoom for some reasons and it causes the error. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site so that I can take a quick look to see if I can figure out the reasons?
