Question on the registration form

Hey all - I just purchased and installed Event Booking, and so far I really like it, but I do have a question. In the configuratino I have turned off the Organizatino field and marked it as not required, but the field still shows on the registration for and is still being required to have data to register. How can I get this field off the form and make it so its not required?

This confused me too. I finally figured out that you have to change the setting under the event. When you change it in the configuration it makes the change for all the new events created, but when you already have an event setup you need to modify it in the event itself. I hope this makes sense.
