Hello,
I have a question about sending emails.
If a registration is still in “pending” status, how can I prevent an email with a payment request from being sent? I can't find a setting for this.

When someone registers for an event using the “invoice” payment option, a confirmation email is sent first. So far, so good.
However, if the status is not changed from “in progress” to “paid,” an email will be sent at some point (time not configurable) requesting payment for the registration (reminder). I want to disable this completely. The email templates are there for this purpose: 1st reminder, 2nd reminder, etc. But there is no setting for this.

Hello
This could be sent by a system plugin called (Events Booking - Offline Payment Handle) in older version of Events Booking or a scheduled task with title Events Booking - Offline Payment Handle in latest version
You can check and disable this plugin or this scheduled task and the issue will be sorted

Unfortunately, emails are still being sent. This is a big problem. Where can I turn this off?

If something is not working as expected, we need to check your setup. Please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site and explain exactly what's the actual issue
