Hi Tuan,
Our system is sending out offline payment reminder emails, even though no scheduled tasks are set. The office does not wish to send them. How do I turn off?

That's strange. In older version, the reminder is sent by a system plugin (honestly, I do not remember the name now, something like System - Events Booking Offline Payment Handle.

Maybe you can check to see if that plugin is still available or enabled on the site?

Or you have a copy of the site running elsewhere and the reminder is sent from that site?

Yes, the system plugin Offline Payment Handle was there and enabled. Another one called Payment Reminder was there as well. I turned them both off.
