EB Back button always to the current month

Hello,
the back button in d the detailview is windows.history.back() function, and unfortunately, this always reverts to the current month, not the month you were in. Is it even a good thing for Google that the URL no longer contains something like month=9&year=2025&next=1?.

Is there a solution?

We do not have a better solution. Keep in mind that the event details page can come from different place (not just from calendar page)

But in my test on your site, the previous month in the calendar is still kept using the button

I do not know what long URL you are talking about. But I see the difference. On this site www.grazguides.at/de/termine/monatlicher-terminkalender , you are using Monthly Calendar menu item type. On www.bernia-tanzt.at/tanzkurse/gesamtkalender , the menu item type type use is Full Calendar (there are two types of calendars supported in the extension, maybe that's the difference you are talking about) ?

Bingo - I wanted Calendar - Monthly Layout and not Full Calendar ... There is the url within the information ?month=9&year=2025&next=1

If so, just change the menu item to use Monthly Calendar menu item type of Events Booking instead of Full Calendar menu item type
