Link To Complete Payment?

Hi, 
I am setting up the scheduled task "Deposit Payment Reminder". But the Office staff is also asking me to create a link on the website where registrants can go to complete their payment. Is there a way to do that, or is the Email from the Scheduled Task the only way to get the link?

Addendum: Here is further clarification from the office staff. They are interested in a link, no automated emails.
"If we put a link on the APPLY tab for follow up payments, we need a way to tell them they need to put in what they are paying for (example: $250 balance on Fall show, $50 deposit for Holiday show). Otherwise, we get a chunk of money, and don’t know how to apply it across shows. So,

1.  we need specific instructions, and
2. they need a space to put a note with the payment. Is this do-able?"

If you want to have a link to allow users to access to make payment from there, try to create a menu item to link to Registration History menu item type

Users can login, then access to that menu item, see their registration history and complete payment....

We don't have "User Registration Integration" or "Show User Login" enabled. Do we have to enable those? If so, can we somehow create logins for the registrants who already applied?

Without user logged in, there is no way know his registration record, so the system could not allow them to make payment. So Yes, you need to enable User Registration Integration if you need this behavior

However, I wonder if it is really needed? The link to make payment can always be inserted in the email, so users can just click on the link in the email to make payment

Yes, I think the email itself would be fine. But they want a link on the website. I think the back end is daunting to them.

There is no way to create user account automatically for user already registered. You will need to create user account for them manually, and then associate it with the registration record

If there are too many existing registration already, maybe write a script to do that task automatically would help. But that would cost you some fee

I know how to manually create an account. But can you tell me, or share a link in the documentation, how to link it to the registration record?

You can just edit the registration record and then on edit screen, you will see option to select user for the registration record
