Hi,
We are selling tickets for a concert and people can book an extra lunch with the tickt.
Lunch is a custom field with a price + € 14,50.  Ticket is € 12,50. So Is someone books a ticket and a lunch, total price should be: € 27,00.
But when someone books, you see the total price as € 26,50.

One other thing is that I also see tickets for 2 perosns sold for € 49,00 - I think that is 2 tickets with lunch. SO they have payed € 24,50 per person instead of € 27,00.

What is going wrong? In the backend I see the right prices.

Hello

For this, we will have to check it directly on your site. Please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site and link to registration form

I will check to see what's wrong and get it sorted

Hi Nico

I checked and see that the issue causes by wrong Fee Values setting of the field. I corrected it (see the ticket for details) and it is working OK now
