Custom Field Quantity Ignored When Logged In

I am having an issue with a public event, where custom field quantities are being ignored when registering with a registered and logged in account.  Total event capacity is working as expected, but custom field limits are ignored.  When completely logged out (reaching the event as public) the custom field quantity limits are working as expected.  After logging back in, the custom field quantity limits are removed and I can select an option that should no longer be available.

Could be because you logged in using a super user account. Try to login using a normal Registered user account and the issue should not happen

(We allow super user accounts to bypass quantity limit)
