Registration failed - email address already in use

A guest who attended one of our events in 2024 called and said it was not possible to register for an upcoming event.
The error was something like "email address already in use".

How can I fix this?

Hi Petter

Could you send us link to registration form and tell me the email address which I can use to register to see this error

You can submit a support ticket sending us the information so that I can check it

I was not able to reproduce the error myself using the guests email address.
