Historically, when we want to charge a group a flat deposit/fee, this has been done as a group booking, which gets counted as 1 and so the unit is charged once. This does not then reflect the number of spaces for the event, and so we have to go into the bookings and amend the '1' to however many the group has, for example 30. This can be risky if the number of places are limited as spaces go very quickly.We are looking for a way to be able to charge a flat fee but for the total number of people in the booking to reflect the group size and therefore come off of the total and so less admin for us.
Is there a simple way to do this?
