Exporting to xlsx not exporting all custom fields

HI Folks,
I made sure that hide from export is turned off on my custom fields. But when I export, even though the column header shows the name of the field, there is nothing in the cells below. For instance two different fields of the type "textarea". One shows what the registrant wrote, the other doesn't.
Not sure how to troubleshoot this.

For this, I will need to check it directly on your site. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site and tell us step by step what we need to do to see the error

We are going to check to see what's wrong (usually with the setup) and get it corrected for you
