Hi Folks,
Is there a way to set up a required checkbox if an registrant chooses to put down a deposit? The scenario is: The registrant chooses to put down a $50 deposit using their credit card. Then I want a checkbox to come up saying "If you have paid just your deposit today, check here to have your credit card balance automatically charged upon your acceptance notification date. You will not be notified prior to the charge."
They want to do this because they need to review the application first. Then if accepted they want to be able to charge the rest on the card, without having to track down the registrant for it.
Is there a way to do this? Or is there something already set up to enable this?
