Creating a reserve booking list

Creating a reserve booking list was created by OBMDC
I have an event with 40 places.

Is it possible that when the 40 places have all gone, the system can automatically show another booking form which will be the reserve list incase anyone from form 1 can not attend?

This is a special requirement and not supported by Events Booking
