Is it possible that when the 40 places have all gone, the system can automatically show another booking form which will be the reserve list incase anyone from form 1 can not attend?
That would require custom development. However, we would need to have clear requirement before we can send you quotation. At the moment, the requirement is not very clear and we do not understand exactly what you need yet
