Additional Photos, Gallery

In your demo, I see that you have additional photos under the events, and titled Gallery - is this a different component you are using or are we able to add additional photos for the event to display in the gallery for the event, and if so where do I enter those to show up like that.

It is handled by a plugin in the extension package. You can enable and use it, see docs.joomdonation.com/eventsbooking/plugins/gallery
