Multiple Days Event In Calendar

In the backend there is the setting “Show All Days Of Multiple Days Event In Calendar”.  prnt.sc/c5PQ4iwR1n7w

What does this setting refer to, because an event with multiple days is not so easy to set.

It refer to a single event with start date different to end date (not related to multiple dates event)
